We had the pleasure of attending the 2023 Women in Aviation and Aerospace Day on December 8th. Eileen Collins, the first women to command a space shuttle and Lt. Heather Penny, a fighter pilot sent out during 9/11, addressed the crowd with unique and inspiring stories.
